Shipping Information

All items from Heart of Harlow are made to order so please allow 10-14 business days for your items to be made and shipped once you place an order. If there are any delays in creating or shipping your items, you will be able to find updates via our social media outlets. 

All orders within Australia are packed and shipped with tracking information through Australia Post. Our shipping prices are reflective of Australia Post rates, this means our shipping prices are subject to change with minimal notice. 

Please remember, once your item is shipped, we are no longer in control and am unable to give you any further postage updates than what you receive via Australia Post. Heart of Harlow is not responsible for any loss or damage to a parcel once it is received by Australia Post.
